I found this excellent time capsule printable booklet to help capture what life is like right now for your children. There is even a section where you, the parent, can write a letter for them to include.
After each child creates their time capsule they may want to share some of their thoughts and feelings. This is a great chance to open up communication between family members and share in your uncomfortable feelings and support one another during these difficult times.
